Active reload

Why does it exist? I never understood why the bullets do more damage if you actively reload. Yes, I understand that the shotgun sometimes shoots marshmallows and does little damage but it makes no sense. I think that the only benefit of active reloading should be that you reload your gun faster. It's also annoying to see people letting out shots at the air simply for the damage increase.

Ehh people wanted some reward for getting a perfect active reload, doesnt give anyone an advantage since everyone can do it, know what i mean.

THe active ammo usually expires before you can use it anyway from my experience.

Its just there to make you (somewhat) a better player
Active reloads also give you perks (depending on the weapon)

I find Active Reload effective in laggy games... It gives me the feeling that im not shooting with candys.

Epic put active reloads in the game to make the reload more than just simply pressing a button and refilling your clip.

Active reloads in crease immersion, and most importantly, make you reload faster.
Plus getting a perfect one with the boltok is just plain awesome.
