Quick Question

Hey, some of you may recognize this, but I ask a lot of achievement questions.
anyways, here is another:

If I get a torque kill and that guy jumps into me, does he get a torque kill as well?
on that note, also,
If I stick someone with torque and get a double/tripple kill with it, does that count as more than one kill?

Yes to both.

I know that it shows up that way,
but, my real question is:
will the other person get one for their torque achievement
and
will I get more than one toward my torque achievement?
